A license is required to run games of chance. These games fall into three general categories:

  • Las Vegas Nights 
  • Bell Jars 
  • Raffles

There are two steps to getting a Games of Chance License:

  1. Get an ID number from the New York State Gaming Commission.
  2. Contact the Department of Consumer Affairs to complete the application process.
