You can file a complaint about a pregnancy services center in New York City that does not:
- Post the disclosure sign required by law.
- Publicize the required disclosure in all advertisements, including print, TV, radio, online, and social media, and in verbal discussions with clients.
The required disclosure must state: "This facility does not have a licensed medical provider on-site to provide or supervise all services."
Centers must post the sign and publicize the required disclosure in English and Spanish.
