If you operate a restaurant in the City that provides seating for customers, you must post information for your employees about how to protect customers from food allergies in the food they serve. You can also get information about food allergens and posting requirements.

If you operate a food establishment with no seating for customers, for example take-out only and some bakeries, you do not have to comply with this regulation.
