  • Noise from Vehicle to report a vehicle making noise that is not a part of the Off-Hour Delivery program.

The Department of Transportation (DOT) expanded the Off-Hour Deliveries program, which encourages businesses in congested areas of the city to accept deliveries between 7 PM and 6 AM.

The areas currently participating in the program are:

  • Downtown Brooklyn
  • Lower Manhattan
  • Midtown Manhattan
  • Jamaica, Queens

The program aims to reduce traffic congestion in areas with high pedestrian volumes and limited curb space.

Carriers and receivers also benefit from:

  • Reduced transit time
  • Reduced fuel and delivery costs
  • Less difficulty with parking
  • More predictable delivery windows
