The Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) is looking for dynamic youth advisors for their We the YOUTH Advisory Council.
In this role, young people will represent their program, youth council, community, school, and most importantly themselves. Youth voice is needed to craft the content for the town halls and ultimately the Youth Agenda.
Youth advisor applicants must be:
- Between the ages of 14- 24 years old
- New York City residents
- Passionate about social justice, civic engagement and community development
