BronxWorks is providing long-term case management to affected residents. BronxWorks is a locally based nonprofit that has been tasked with case management for people impacted by the North West Fire. Assistance is available regardless of immigration status or official residency.
BronxWorks is working with local and state agencies to coordinate services, as well with local nonprofits to provide aid and services to those impacted.
Some examples of services it can offer include:
- Housing
- Section-8 voucher assistance
- Furniture replacement
- Burial expenses
- Long-term case management
- Financial assistance
- Moving costs
- Rental assistance
- Immigration issues
- Mental health support
- Health services

CVR New York
If you need further assistance you can register for housing assistance with CVR New York. CVR New York is assisting East 181st Street tenants with a Housing Choice Voucher subsidy.
